An online CRM solution for Risksmart Group

RiskSmart have developed a number of innovative, online solutions to help managers better understand key risks to their business and to quickly comply with complex areas of legislation.

We designed and developed a customer relationship management (CRM) system for Risksmart to enable their users to access and maintain sales lead information quickly and easily. An online solution was designed that meets their CRM requirement without burdening their IT infrastructure.

The system needed to be intuitive and easy to use for a range of different user levels. Some of the key features of the system are;

  • Data importing from lead data provided in MS Excel
  • Quick allocation of leads to users as required
  • Automatic 'top-up' of leads for users
  • Automated emailing and printing of marketing letters from lead details
  • Intuitive sale detail recording when a sale is made
  • Extensive reporting for management users
  • Quick data searching for lead information
  • Varying levels of user
